Replayed Red Dead Redemption 2 & I don't know if I have ever hated a character more than I hate Dutch van der Linde. I mean, brilliantly written, but every time he opens his mouth I just want to kick him in the nuts.

I am almost 40 years old and have yet to find a shotgun, medkit, or even so much as a jewel-encrusted chalice hidden behind a waterfall. I’m beginning to think video games have lied to me.

Wonderful interview by @zaidkriel.bsky.social over at South Africa's IGN franchise, IGN ZA. Still having a fading hope that IGN International or Gamespot will share the story eventually too - for now, I'd appreciate if y'all went and read this. za.ign.com/dreams-on-a-...

You shouldn’t be afraid about your hyperfixation fading or about the fandom dying. Those are minuscule things compared to the joy of creativity. Do your thing, enjoy the moment, play with your barbies 🩷

Despite all the pain discomfort I know I have to keep trying to push forward on my own. Still don't have much strength but it will come. A long, tough road ahead. Please if you can donate. #cerebralpalsy #sdrchangeslives #rehabilitation #gofundme gofund.me/212c5899

In 2025, stop worrying about what counts and doesn’t count and just read it all! Physical books, e-books, audiobooks, manga, comics, web novels, fiction, non-fiction, fan-fiction, all of it! Reading is reading and it’s all out there just waiting for you!

I've asked this question on other platforms in the past, but I'm also curious to know people's thoughts on this. Even if you enjoy your job (which I do) - if you could do ANYTHING for a living - money is not an issue - what would it be? I would write.

My eldest son starts high school in a couple of weeks & I'm having a small mental crisis😅 I'm excited for him but I'm also remembering my ambivalence towards high school. I met my husband there but I also never really felt like I fit in (there are many things I realise in retrospect as to why) 1/2

Am I certain I want yet another social media platform? No I'm not. Am I going to basically follow all the same people I follow on my others? Why yes I am. Am I lazy to go and search for people. A little.
