If I had a nickel for every time Nintendo showed a new Switch 2 exclusive featuring a gluttonous protagonist in its Direct this week, I'd have two nickels - which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice.

Hangry Samus and Kirby? That's weird, man.

I think I’m finally happy with how my little photography space is coming along. Still got lots to learn, but I am having a blast in my little corner of the world.

I've got a tiny new Batman: Arkham figure, and I could not be happier right now. Just look at him! He's adorable and filled with vengeance!

Here's a little something I've been cooking up. We're halfway between the 40th anniversaries of Metroid and Castlevania, so we're marking it with our first retro theme week: Metroidvania Week! A full week of cool perspectives and takes on this beloved genre. www.gamespot.com/articles/wel...

Boot up Netflix, and I'm delighted to see there's a perfect trilogy of Star Trek: The Next Generation movies to watch. You've got a delightful passing-of-the-torch flick, Moby Dick in space, and a finale about upholding your principles. What a banger collection to watch this weekend.

It's amazing what a difference lighting can make with these figures. Next project is a short video on the ol' T-800 Terminator, and I can't wait to add some smoke when I start shooting this week.
