Ok. Pepperoni placement aside…this was my first NY attempt. That glow under the crust is the light shining through. It was so crispy and delicious.

Just over here being a domestic God. Cinnamon pumpkin muffins with a brown sugar cinnamon crumble and cinnamon vanilla drizzle. So it’s a 105°… I can wish for fall.

Ribeye steaks, marinated in coffee for 24hrs. Smoked at 250 till 120, reverse seared. A little tooo done but damn they were the best tasting steaks I’ve ever had.
