🧠 Our new #ERP paper is out‼️ We know #P3 increases during exclusion after inclusion, but what if we flip it? We tested #overinclusion after #exclusion #P3 stayed stable, but #P2 and self-reports of emotion & belonging shifted. Inclusion ≠ just the flip side of exclusion. doi.org/10.1111/psyp...

How long should you stick with the same journal when feedback intervals are so long that reviewers drop out, leading to new reviewers and multiple rounds of revisions?
