My sister and I are now joint owners of the Element because we each drive small sporty cars and sometimes need to carry something big or drive down a bumpy gravel road. Despite its age, it's a Honda with only 160K miles on it, so the engine is barely even broken in.

I was driving a 2003 Honda Element that used to be my mother's this past weekend. Of all the changes to cars in the last two decades, something that caught me off guard is that all the dials on the dash are warm because they have incandescent lightbulbs behind them.

What really bugs me about this is that I have a personal rule that I donate only to candidates for my district, state, etc., and the vast majority of emails I get because of donations I made following this rule are for candidates outside of that. I get that this just my thing, but still.

Both DS9 and Voyager made extensive use of CGI, which would have to be completely redone from scratch for a remaster, meaning a much higher production cost than remastering TNG for significantly less profit, as the physical media market is a lot smaller now than it was when they redid TNG.
