Could have done without the weight talk, but I’ve heard worse and he acknowledged that MECFS makes exercise “challenging” (Does higher weight CORRELATE to the condition I have or does it CAUSE it? We may never know! The former has been proven so the latter must be the case, right??)

Drove there yesterday and home this morning TLDR eyes are fine. Didn’t see the improvement I’d hoped for after surgery, but my retinas and optic nerves are stable and my vision isn’t at risk. I’ll take it.

Solidarity from queer community members and trans health advocates is needed to bolster documentation, and subsequent social services, for this growing, vulnerable group.

It’s so laughably naive for anyone to say genAI can be used “ethically“. The cat is already out of the bag, the models are already trained on stolen work. Even if you could build viable models on only rights-free work there would still be the issue of energy use, inaccurate output, etc. Be for real.

Woke up utterly exhausted on a day I have to drive 2.5h to a doctors appointment and then either drive straight home or (more likely) stay over with a friend so I can drive safely home in the am. If it were any less important an appointment I’d try to reschedule it, I’m feeling that bad.
