#npiktober26 x #cringetober2026 day nine! Dog and Incorrect Quote How do I even caption this one, Louie lets his dog just do whatever man #pikmin

Comic. First panel has pom on their back, terrifed as they shout "GET YO FUCKIN DOG BITCH" the second pannel has Louie peeking over the head of the Sirehound as he quietly says "he don't bite" just for a now crying pom to yell back "YES HE DO GET HIM OFF"

Partially Frequent Pikmin Facts @pikmin-facts.bsky.social · 19h

In Pikmin 3 there are exactly four electric gates, one per each of the games four main areas. Notably, they all appear slightly different, having differing strip patterns. They are very obviously man-made, but what their intended purpose is is a complete mystery.

#npiktober26 x #cringetober2026 day eight!! Wraith + First Crush. Cringetober today is actually same voice actor, but that doesn't work for pikmin really, so I had @bugmangaka.bsky.social choose a new prompt for me. And it just so happened to work out quite well!!! #pikmin

The plasm wraith lays down on her tummy, looking up dreamily with hearts around her. She is thinking about Olimar, who is noticeably upset.

#npiktober26 x #cringetober2026 day seven!!! One week in!!! Anyways today's combo prompt is Spaceship + Species Change. So I made the Hocotate Spaceship into a spacedog. #pikmin

Louie rides on a space dog that is designed after the Hocotate Ship. The pup is grey with a bright pink back and face, a bell around its neck, a propellor tail, and has bright blue eyes. Its pupils resemble goat pupils, to call back to the ship's steering weel.

This is me, regretfully, always.

A cartoon of a character with a helmet that reads "There is no such thing as a black and white answer in this situation and you cannot tackle the subject to its full complexity without addressing the many underlying factors and circumstances involved", they are staring in teeth-clenched rage, eyes with bright red pupils staring straight ahead. They're wearing a pin that reads "I ❤️ AMBIGUITY" and a shirt that reads "This is my nuance shirt. One fist is clenched tightly so you can see veins, hanging at their side, while the other is clutching a sign that reads "ITS MORE COMPLICATED THAN THAT".

#npiktober26 x #cringetober2026 day six! Partner x Album Redraw Bent the rules a little and redrew the thumbnail of a single on YouTube lol. Still, I think Cadmium Colors by Jamie Paige is a nearly perfect Olimar song, that thing describes him just about 1:1 #pikmin

Drawing of Olimar laying down next to a painting he made of his wife. He looks at it, a hand laid near its edge, looking incredibly depressed.

#npiktober26 x #cringetober2026 day five! Pikmin x crossover. This prompt combo ended up a little vauge, so I made some new decor #pikmin! All of which are perfectly normal <3

Three pikmin marching in a line. A red pikmin leads the way, happy as it holds a Master Sword in its hand. In the middle is a blue pikmin that has fallen over, a Hylian sheild on its back. A yellow pikmin trails at the end, slouching with Majora's Mask on its face.

A digital greyscale drawing of Chelsea from Dr Stone saying, "Aaawww! Aren't you a smol bean!! You're just a precious little cinnamon roll!!" The caption says, "Day 3, outdated trend."

A breadbug from pikmin, a loaf of bred with a face and legs, sits with its legs sticking out. Pink icing with rainbow sprinkles covers its back, a rainbow trailing from behind it.

If you view 4 as a soft reboot that would mean Olimar suffers from hyper specific nightmares regarding the events of pikmin 2 and even has PTSD regarding a creature he's never met before. He is suffering because of a separate version of himself he doesn't know exists.

They quoted me in this New Yorker piece about AI today. www.newyorker.com/culture/the-...

“Let’s say there’s a world or time line I exist in where A.I. has been subject to regulation. It is ethical. It has no footprint environmentally,” the novelist Jeff VanderMeer, a prominent critic of A.I., told me over the phone. “With those guardrails in place, would I read an A.I. book? All I can say is no. And the reason is, in part, because I want to read something coming from a particular mind.” Using A.I., he said, “feels like a betrayal of the whole point of why you’re a writer.”

#npiktober26 x #cringetober2026 day two! Treasure and unconventional weapon. Dingo cannonically does those night missions with no glow pikmin... makes you wonder how he gets it done.

Dingo raises the floral instigator, a metal hairpin with a flower at one end, above and behind him. There is a predatory gaze in his eyes as a bulborb of some sort runs from him, crying.

I couldn't decide between #npiktober26 and #Cringetober2026 so I'm doing both! Each drawing gets two prompts. I've been sick for like two week now so Day 1 is a bit late, but it's Captain + Isekai. And yes, the captain is a self-insert :3

Short two-pannel comic showing a pikmin OC laying on the ground, dazed and confused. The character has short hair and round glasses. He then shoots up quickly, nervous, and noticeably smaller than the grass and flowers behind him. He asks aloud "wait, where am I?!"

Quite late because I've been sick lmao, but here he is! Bandaid from shot included.

Drawing of Bernard from Pikmin laying on a couch, frowning as he looks up at a phone. He wears pajamas and has a bandaid on one arm.

Pinups I made into prints! I feel that this series was always meant to be done as some sort of traditional printmaking like riso or screenprint. I made these before having access to either so I did my best to emulate riso with my inkjet at the time! #artsona #bugcharacter #printmedia #characterpinup

A pinup of Bug, the artist's sona, holding a plushie. Bubble letters say, "Normalize being so hot and attractive and never having sex."

A pinup of Bug laying down. Bubble letters say, "I turned in my FASFA two months late."

A pinup of Bug sitting. Bubble letters say, "I wash my hands to the point of eczema."
