I'm running an RPG club this year at my school. My plan is to take on a small group, train them to run their own games, then open up the club to more people. It's impossible to do this without imparting my own take on what good GMing or facilitating is.

Different context, but even in elementary school I'm struggling with this. Even harder when I see other teachers using AI for different things in the classroom, or getting students to use it. So many missed learning opportunities. Sends a mixed message about expectations around AI use as well.
