Saw brand new day last night, not gonna lie between thunderbolts, fantastic four and this I can genuinely say the mcu has been making me feel satisfied as a fan. Doomsday I don’t have too much hype for for a million reasons but we’ll see

Hey guys, so I wouldn’t do this unless I felt like I truly had to, so here it goes. Since my divorce and being forced to move out on my own I’ve been horribly struggling financially. The job I have is only part time and barely pays above minimum wage. Long story short, I need help

Watching how to train your dragon the hidden world and this movies villain looked really familiar to me. It finally clicked and now I can’t unsee it

Maybe unpopular opinion? Superman the animated series Superman and JL/JLU Superman feel like 2 completely different characters and TAS does a way better job with Superman overall

My father in law came in clutch and just surprised me with this. I was always so bummed that I never got it while it was in stores. Now to find a spot for it in my collection haha

Superman isn’t pro-Palestine. What’s happening is that a handful of lines have been taken out of context so liberals can once again convince themselves that sitting on their arses and giving money to mega corporations is activism.

Finally watched war of the rohirrim & I’m so mad that I wasn’t able to see this in theaters. It was all I needed it to be. A beautifully animated story stepping back into middle earth that is just a really fun adventure. Not as deep as the LOTR trilogy but a great addition to the middle earth films

Can’t believe it took more than a decade for the mcu to produce something fantastic. Born again has been so damn good and is just about everything I’ve been wanting to see since the og show was cancelled.

Rewatching Holes for the first time in a long time and god damn this movie still holds up. On paper it could have been a mess, narratively, but it somehow manages to intertwine 3 different stories all with characters who all act their asses off. It’s a fucking great movie

I’m just happy that it’s continuing from the Netflix show & not sacrificing it for the sake of the mcu. If you guys have time to check my review out I’d appreciate it!

Hey Arnold really is one of the best cartoons ever made. I’ve rewatched it a couple of times over the years and it still holds up. Pretty much every character is given a surprising amount of depth as the show goes on. Just a great watch

I’ve criticized Smallville a lot over the past few years since my most recent rewatch but man those last few seasons really have some fantastic moments. The writing isn’t perfect but I’ll be honest, the show felt the most sincere with its message and characters when they changed showrunners

Damn didn’t know that war of the rohirrim was flopping so badly. It’s already out on digital after only a couple of weeks. Haven’t had the chance to see it yet unfortunately but it’s a shame that it’s not doing well. I’ll be honest I think WB was always gonna drop the ball with the marketing of this

And to anyone out there still playing the “Amber’s never gonna fuck you, bro!” card: 1. You’re confused - wanting to fuck her is central to your hatred, not my support. 2. Johnny’s never gonna fuck you either - you’re way too old for him, and he couldn’t rise to the occasion anyway.

re: Blake Lively
(and Amber Heard TBH) misogyny exploits the
jealously women feel for each other - specifically when it comes to beautiful women & girls. The fact that "mean girls" are always beautiful is no coincidence. The ease in which women are manipulated into hating each other (even feminist women) is something no one wants to talk about.
This is (yet another!) reminder to question our willingness to burn ANY woman.
That includes beautiful, successful women who dare to have a voice.
