SOTD: DedCool Sunlit Blooms. Why do I not wear this one more often? It seems so perfect for typical Bay Area weather, especially when transitioning from summer to fall! The salty vanilla almost feels caramel-y, but it’s not too heavy for warmer weather imo? I think the florals help it feel lighter?

SOTD: Eauso Vert Fruto Oscuro. Yes, it is still warm enough outside to wear shorts. But it’s September, damn it! I must wear the fall scents now! This is my first full wear test of Fruto Oscuro. It smells like juicy, dark red fruits, it’s spicy, it’s woody… What’s not to like? Might be a new fave!

SOTD: J-Scent Ramune. Of course, it smells like Ramune, but it also smells like those scented markers from the ‘90s/early 2000s. Maybe like a combo of the purplish-pink, purple (grape), and light green (I think? Whichever one was minty?) markers? Very fun, fruity, and nostalgic in multiple ways!

The AI Accountability and Personal Data Protection Act is rolling out after a hearing where Hawley accused companies including Meta and OpenAI of pirating vast droves of protected works.

It would:

Bar AI companies from training on copyrighted works.
Allow people to sue to sue for use of their personal data or copyrighted works without giving consent.
Require companies to disclose which third parties will be given access to data if consent is given.
Provide for financial penalties and injunctive relief as remedies.

What they're saying: "AI companies are robbing the American people blind while leaving artists, writers, and other creators with zero recourse," Hawley said in a statement.

"It's time for Congress to give the American worker their day in court to protect their personal data and creative works."

My first perfume swap haul! I had so much fun 💖🧡💛

The tote bag I brought to the perfume swap is on top of a dark purple blanket on my bed, which has a gray fitted sheet. The tote bag reads, “I got my lobotomy at Limited Too.” The tote bag is a cream color, with hot pink straps and text, and some colorful, cartoonish flowers surrounding the text. In front of the tote bag are the fragrances I acquired at the perfume swap.
