If a human did what ChatGPT did, they'd be convicted of conspiracy to commit murder, which can carry a life sentence.
It's unconscionable that Canada's legislators are letting OpenAI get away with helping to plan murders.
At the very least, it shouldn't be allowed to continue to operate in Canada.
