#Foodsky: I submit to you kalua pork, mac salad and corn, alongside a mai tai at Trader Vic's in Atlanta. Really hit the spot.

A photo of Kalua pork, mac salad and grilled/blackened corn heavily seasoned with pepper. Served with a sweet bbq-like sauce and some wrap dealies. The classic Trader Vic's Mai Tai served with it was a delight as well.

I don't remember what I ordered, but the fact that they light something on fire (the glowie burning steel wool[?]) to serve it to you immediately makes it twice as delicious.

A fine alcoholic beverage I am consuming at a bar at the Venetian. They lit some steel wool on fire to stage the drink nicely while serving it.

I don't normally eat like this, but I gotta say, when in Canada, get the damn poutine. The burger also has breaded, fried jalapenos. The flavor is so good, and it really showcases the Canadian beef. The place is Burgers Priest in London, ON. Great workers, great service, too.

So Denver is pretty nice. Was at the Convention Center for a talk to a nice sized crowd, and got to get out for some good food at La Loma and checking out a cool clock tower from my hotel.

Not pictured: the delicious Denver Green Chile. This is, however, a photo of tasty carnitas Mexican City Tacos from La Loma in Denver -- the one by the Coors stadium.
