Everyone looks the other way because this is how business travel is done. They even have to pay a middleman to book my tickets and get around a lot of the price discrimination -- but I am often booking solo, last-minute, one-night travel, with little planning, so the tickets are always expensive.

As diamond elite traveler for business, I am okay with the extra price because I get extra benefits I don't have to pay for -- the massive company I work for pays the burden. They say I can't book first class travel and they pick apart every expense. So instead I take the base ticket and free perks.

You give creatives a non-monopolized open forum to be able to express their ideas. Break up social media monopolies so the internet stops being three raccoons in a trenchcoat named Zuck, Musk and Theil and suddenly things start improving.

In Howell, MI today, schools are closed for children because of a lack of power thanks to DTE. Last week, our VG's grocery store had to throw out all the refrigerated goods because DTE couldn't keep the grid up. They need to quit paying Mike Rogers and start investing in the grid.

The audio mixdown is to blame as well. 7.1/5.1 to 2.0/2.1 (most people's setup) absolutely ruins the ability to hear voices over music and background audio. Streamers (usually) don't care, but bluray/dvd (usually) does and they (usually) have separate audio streams that were tuned for stereo.
