Stunning. May was brutal for Trump in federal court: 96% loss rate ⚖️. Even GOP-appointed judges have ruled against the admin 72% of the time. District courts are doing their job defending the Constitution. Soon the Supreme Court may be the only court unwilling to defend the rule of law.
Infographic titled “Judges reject Trump at an accelerating pace” with subtitle “Federal district court rulings against the administration.”

The first bar chart, labeled “By month, %”, shows the percentage of federal district court rulings against the Trump administration:
	•	February: 53.8% (7 out of 13)
	•	March: 74.3% (26 out of 35)
	•	April: 76.1% (51 out of 67)
	•	May: 96.3% (26 out of 27)

The second bar chart, labeled “By appointing party, %”, shows rulings against the Trump administration by the party of the judge’s appointing president:
	•	Republican-appointed judges: 72.2% (26 out of 36)
	•	Democratic-appointed judges: 80.4% (74 out of 92)

Oh wow. Note: This response (below, which is real) to Trump’s tweet depicting himself as pope is from the New York State Catholic Bishops, who represent the collective bishops of the state. Among them is Cardinal Dolan of NYC, who Trump appointed to his new religious liberty commission this week.
There is nothing clever or funny about this image, Mr. President. We just buried our beloved Pope Francis and the cardinals are about to enter a solemn conclave to elect a new successor of St. Peter. Do not mock us.

This is a fascinating case. Trump admin senior officials, and Trump himself, claimed this guy was an "MS-13 leader." It's clear that this guy was illegally possessing guns. But when they took him to court, THIS was the only mention of MS-13 in any DOJ document. Now they're moving to drop the case.
13. FBI agents and TFOs also observed indicia of MS-13 association in the garage bedroom.

For the second time in the last 24 hours, Trump suggests that he thinks he will be putting tariffs directly on fentanyl smuggled into the United States illegally.
Senator Tim Kaine, who ran against me with Crooked Hillary in 2016, is trying to halt our critical Tariffs on deadly Fentanyl coming in from Canada. We are making progress to end this terrible Fentanyl Crisis, but Republicans in the Senate MUST vote to keep the National Emergency in place, so we can finish the job, and end the scourge. By their weakness, the Democrats have allowed Fentanyl to get out of hand. The Republicans and I have reversed that course, strongly and quickly. Major additional progress is being made. Don't let the Democrats have a Victory. It would be devastating for the Republican Party and, far more importantly, for the United States. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!
Donald Trump Truth Social 4/01/25 11:40 AMMitch McConnell of Kentucky, Susan Collins of Maine, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, and Rand Paul, also of Kentucky, will hopefully get on the Republican bandwagon, for a change, and fight the Democrats wild and flagrant push to not penalize Canada for the sale, into our Country, of large amounts of Fentanyl, by Tariffing the value of this horrible and deadly drug in order to make it more costly to distribute and buy. They are playing with the lives of the American people, and right into the hands of the Radical Left Democrats and Drug Cartels.
