Future shock was probably the most underrated fps of that era, I still think about the experience.

Dug into the Claude dir in my home folder and found some Opus 5 session had created a memory that “the concept of the privy sparks joy for the user”. I never said anything like this. I feel like I’ve been pranked by an AI. Now I have to search every machine.

Members of the media need to be asking his cabinet: “trump threatened to use military force against US bond market. Dont you think he’s lost his mind and needs to be removed?” Not because they’d do it, but because their answers and spin would be hilarious.

The top frame is from 2015, when French meteorologists did a “forecast” from a #climate heated August 2050 - a warning on what could possibly happen in 35 years time. Bottom frame: well, it’s happened in barely a decade, only it’s already *much* worse than predicted. It’s a runaway train.

I’m a climate scientist. Let me fix this headline. “Nearly a century ago, scientists showed that burning fossil fuels warms the planet. Today, we know human emissions account for over 100% of the warming. Yet dark money and disinformation still work to keep Americans addicted to fossil fuels.”

Born to be a whale, cursed to be confused with a lizard, the Ballad of Basilosaurus is a tale as long and winding as its serpentine body. The process of making this linocut print of my favorite prehistoric whale was almost as terrifying as the beast itself.

Where can we see what 262 tests aren't passing, or does one have to run the test suite themselves? This whole project sounds really great however "we don't support the entire language, and no we're not going to tell you which parts" makes it hard to evaluate.

Claude is very usable for building out editor tools in cpp. I was skeptical after testing others but this thing is on another level. I hate this fact but I've knocked out like 25 plugins for our team in the past six weeks, it's crazy. All the tools I wanted but never had time to do are possible now.

Amazingly informative Google AI overview when I tried searching "BSKY leaflet":

Screenshot of Google AI overview for the search "BSKY leaflet", with the following text:

A "BSKY leaflet" likely refers to informational material about Odisha's Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY), a health scheme providing cashless healthcare up to ₹5 lakh/family, often using tools like Leaflet.pub for digital sharing on the Bluesky (Bsky) social media platform, connecting government initiatives with public outreach through simple, shareable formats, notes the Kalahandi district site.
What BSKY is (Health Scheme):
Goal: Provides free healthcare for families in Odisha, India.
Coverage: ₹5 lakh annual health coverage, with an additional ₹5 lakh for women after the initial limit is used.
Benefit: Cashless treatment at empanelled public and private hospitals.
What "BSKY Leaflet" means in context:
Information Dissemination: Official or unofficial brochures/images about BSKY being shared.
Digital Sharing: Users on the Bluesky app might create or share these flyers (using tools like Leaflet.pub) to inform others about the scheme, its benefits, and how to access it.
In short, it's about the Bluesky social app being used to share information about Odisha's health scheme, the Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana, often in a leaflet-style format.
