Rui Pinto, the man behind the Football Leaks website, has posted a detailed allegation about Gianni Infantino’s role in UEFA’s handling of Manchester City and PSG in 2014, citing material revealed through Football Leaks. These are Pinto’s claims, and they’re worth reading in full below.

Pinto alleges that Gianni Infantino, while UEFA General Secretary in 2014, improperly intervened in investigations into Manchester City and PSG, sharing confidential documents and helping both clubs avoid potentially harsher sanctions.
