It’s two years since I was diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer. Photo is of an altogether more pleasant anniversary (36 years of marriage to Keiko) last week. That I was able to celebrate it is thanks to the efforts of the doctors and nurses at Christchurch Hospital’s Oncology Service.

This part of the Herald Sun’s article on the Fairford arrests will end up being the most pertinent, imho. This and the fact they’ve been bailed. Terrorist suspects found with explosives would not be bailed. These guys, imho, are diesel thieves. Which makes Trump’s comments even more amusing.
From the Herald Sun about the RAF Fairford arrests:

“One of the vans had the words "FUEL2YOU" in red lettering on its side and a phone number registered to an area code 250km away in Sheffield in England's north.
The number appeared to be one digit short and was not recognised when called by reporters. The company name did not return any search results on Google, nor did it appear on a public register of UK companies.

Fuel2U, a company that delivers diesel anywhere in the UK within 24-48 hours, firmly rejected any connection with the suspected plot.

The fuel delivery company said on its website: "We are extremely concerned that our company's name have been used without our knowledge or permission ...”From the Herald Sun article:

“Trump responds to release
US President Donald Trump has reacted with bewilderment at the release of the five men.
"I'm surprised they released them, I wouldn't have," he said in the Oval Office on Monday, US time.
"We know everything about them, we would not have released them.
But he said the UK authorities had been
"very good".
It's not clear how much information Mr Trump does indeed have on the suspects and
- if the same situation had occurred in the
US - if he would be able to keep the men locked up.”

Gyoza (or gyōza) is actually the Japanese name for potstickers, though the word is derived from Chinese, of course. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jiaozi#...
Gyóza are a Japanese version of jiaozi, developed from recipes brought back by Japanese colonizers returning from the Japanese-backed puppet state of Manchukuo in Northeast China after World War II. The word gyoza was likely adopted by Japanese settler colonists from the Manchu word giyose.
