EG fell for it too. :( The Capcom presentation contains a slide with "AI世代のゲームエンジンへ" - the article omits the "へ", for one, but the issue is that while 世代 means 'generation', it's in the 'console generation' sense, not like GenAI. Without へ, translation software gets it totally wrong.

"Siren", a 3-panel tiny & Tall comic strip.

Panel 1: Tall, an ancient Greek adventurer, is aboard a ship with tiny. In the mist, a song echoes.

Panel 2: Tall, panicking, instructs tiny to tie him to the mast and to plug his ears, fearing merfolk and their lure.

Panel 3: Tall is tied to the mast, tiny is plugging his ears. Through the mist, a huge modern boat is bearing down on their small ship while they stand oblivious to its blaring horn.

Thinking about "plus they'll probably have to deal with Godzilla at some point".

"Tried to watch 'Shin Godzilla" on the plane only to realize by the end of the movie that it actually a drama movie called 'Tears for you'. Words can't describe the feeling of watching an incredibly sad movie while constantly thinking: 'Damn... This is depressing. Plus, they'll probably have to deal with Godzilla at some point too...'"

What follows are four screencaps (presumably from "Tears for You"), showing a smiling woman (subtitled "I really love you."), a distant image from above of axwonsn in a white dress (subtitled"Thank you... for raising me."), a short-haired person weeping, and finally, an apprehensive woman (subtitled "living happily.")

IDK who needs a reminder but, if you think someone needs to do better and they follow through you need to be humble with that. One of the more toxic things of cancel culture is claiming "do better" but then holding onto mistakes made over 5+ years ago. Accept that s͟o͟m͟e͟ people follow through.
