Fresh post about commissions with some sweet recent examples! I mostly do illustrations, I don't really have fixed rates, I like fantasy/pseudo historical things, fun colours, changing styles and all that. My DMs and my mind are open 👐

So there it is, a 4-panel History of Justice! If you're interested in that type of commission (or most other types, frankly!), I'd love to do more 🥰

Inspired by the blinding light, he enounces his Code to be dutifuly inscribed in stone by the faithful tiny & Tall. tiny is doing his best, and is being judged by Tall, who is doing better. Below them, ancient Babylonians discuss matters of law, and the image fold back into an ancient gravure, and the whole image is revealed to be a painted artefact, with its name written at the bottom: "Sagesse" ("Wisdom").

I've just finished a really cool one and the commissionner was kind enough to allow me to post it here 🥳 It's a 4-panel illustrated History of Justice (with tiny & Tall), starting with the Code of Hammurabi 🌅...

among the very few new systems/quality of life improvements I'm introducing to Gleipnir 1 as I'm porting it, a new unified interface to inspect inspectable items. There are a couple of usecases in Gleipnir 1, and way more in the first couple chapters of Gleipnir 2

As I'm working on my Godot point & click framework, I'm revisiting the backgrounds of Gleipnir 2 and it's fun how every single interior scene can be summed up by "god i wish that were me"

Background from Gleipnir 2 (WIP). A lakehouse workshop, with big plushy chairs, lots of tools, lots of musical instruments on the walls.

while remastering Gleipnir, I decided early on I wouldn't change the puzzles, apart from slight qol & bugfixes, but there are a couple of offenders that I cannot abide, worst of them all... the Spellbook.
