As an ECE, I need to reiterate: Chat bots are literally just running queries and processing data. The hardware is not capable of consciousness. Semiconductors do not create a central nervous system capable of sentience. The algorithm is merely working as intended to satisfy the user.

The U.S. Government will not be commemorating World AIDS Day this year. To comply with this new directive, please note the following:
