I remember several years ago there was an anime short that was being dubbed, and it had Vic Mignogna in it. Several of the voice actors confirmed when the cast was revealed that they were not told that Vic was going to be involved, or that they were tricked into being in it by a third party

Saucedo's video answered something I'd always wondered about Mignogna. His speaking voice gave me the impression that women weren't exactly his target, uh, "audience". It clicked for me when someone in the video explained Mignogna fakes that voice to seem less threatening to his potential victims.

This is actually a stupid fucking thing to say in a world where the Trails in the Sky remakes exist, my God. Between this and the reasoning behind not restoring Yosuke’s cut romance route from the original, Wada’s “all or nothing” mentality infuriates me.

$Part of the decision came from Atlus developers having respect for "the work that the original cast did." Having a fraction of the original cast side-by-side with a few new voices might not have been ideal either, after all. "There was quite a few people who we weren't able to get and a number of people... we had so much trouble getting that was like, 'OK, maybe we should just start over."$

Every character voiced by Vic Mignogna, which is…sadly, a lot, many of them wonderful characters, like Edward Elric and Tamaki Suoh. At the very least, Zeno Robinson has proved himself capable of replacing him with roles like Junpei Irori. FMA:B and Ouran need to be redubbed with him, instead.
