Totally agree, but if I was designing it in a lab, I would look at the nurses unions. Prolly the most powerful workplace conditions bargaining/labor actions when I lived in Cali were by the nurses. Same with political action.

I call out misogynist shit but I don't see it often. Imo, the really predatory men are good at masking and don't act out in front of anyone they think isn't on-board, and there is a set of men who are non-oppositional based on fear of victimization, but won't start shit on their own.
