I feel like Gen X drew the short straw. We’re taking care of aging boomer parents while trying to defend our relevance at work so we don’t lose our jobs. Our salaries are shrinking while also figuring out how to help our grown kids and parents who are struggling financially. A forgotten generation.

My unvaccinated brother died of COVID in 2021. I was about a year and a half into my epidemiology career. Healthcare staff did absolutely everything they could but they cannot cure ignorance. They cannot cure an anti-science belief and culture. Thats YOUR responsibility. Not Dr. Fauci’s.

What's so deranged about the situation right now is that Iran probably wouldn't care about trying to develop nuclear weapons if countries with nuclear weapons didn't keep threatening them. This was is pressure for them to develop nuclear weapons faster, not the opposite.
