Personally I'd consider something like Marvel or TMNT to be parasitic, while stuff like FF or LotR only seem to add to Magic. Focusing mainly on stuff like cards that care about Villains in Marvel, vs FF utilizing existing creature types and mechanics in new ways. Chocobos are Birds, not Chocobos.

Dragon, a scruffy grey stray, squints and hisses at the camera from a garage floor after being rescued. Large patches of fur are shaved away after he got beat up by other cats and he has lacerations all over his body. His eyes are squinty and crusty.

Dragon — a little more than 3 months later — looks much healthier. His face is calm and smiley with his beautiful green eyes open to the world. He is wearing a little green shirt with a teddy bear on it because it stops him from meowing in the middle of the night when he feels comfy and secure.

Don't fall for this. Rowling wants trans people to self censor and to stop sharing the report. If this report really was as defamatory as she claims, she wouldn't be cheering on its spread. What she really wants is a costly settlement from AI UK, humiliating apology, and permanent silence.

Apparently around 2018 I almost got back into Magic, and bought a box of Dragon's Maze not knowing how bad it apparently was, just cause I'd first gotten into Magic at Return to Ravnica. Even the non-legends have some sauce. Crypt Incursion once won me a game by leaving me at 1 after combat.
