Sorting out boxes of CDs and found this, which I have no memory of ever owning. @thecubanboys.bsky.social

A CD of Eastwood by the Cuban boys. The inlay had a photo of Clint from the good the bad and the ugly or one of those other westerns. There is also a flyer for robots and electronic brains fanzine which asks the band when their first fought was, to which they reply the Cuban boys reject all forms of violence. They are however ROCK so watch it

The CD case is open shopping the disc is a cdr with a blue sticker or Clint providing the disc artwork. The rear of the flyer had a hand written note saying hiya sorry for the delay in getting this to you, we've been amazingly in demand over the last few weeks - hoorah! That's no excuse though so we will be whipping Ricardo later with electrical flex as penance. Anyway hope you enjoy this cdr. Hopefully it will entertain and amuse

The CD inlay has been opened out and has been signed by four bands members with the date may 99

My records have been no.1 in Tesco and no.4 in HMV. The only chart I've never been on is Mike Read's Stupid Made Up Chart on Heritage TV, and the new @thecubanboys.bsky.social single* has to be catnip to the unusually coiffured 79 year old. ANY HELP APPRECIATED! * www.youtube.com/watch?v=g1A-...

As Tony Wilson never said, ‘This is Manchester, we do things differently here.’ Well, I’ve turned lots of Greater Manchester music into xstitch designs and put them on cards. Which is certainly…er…different. All available at www.etsy.com/shop/8bitnorthxstitch

This is the point where I felt our cult, Peel-endorsed, weirdo sampling avant-garde disco band went a bit too mainstream for my liking.

This image shows a newspaper feature titled "It's the hamster shuffle" detailing a novelty dance routine with four steps: The Bounce, The Wiggle, The Spin, and The Jog

Includes promotions for mobile phone delivery within 24 hours and a Nokia mobile phone offer with a bottle of champagne.
