Martín Soto, a primary organizer of people detained at Delaney Hall who went on hunger strike to demand their release and to improve conditions, has been released.
Soto was detained for more than 9 months, 4 of which were spent in solitary confinement.

It's quite odd for the brazen former Councilor to remain silent for so long. Of the two he vaguely remembers Jayce always being the one who could work a room while he stayed hiding in the lab.
