My second rbb is here!!! The Fear of the Butterfly! Sad Jayce hours!! Take a looksie at this preview and see my artists @badseeds.bsky.social art piece linked below!! 💕 Jayvik 🏷️ Post canon, identity struggles, hurt/comfort 📝 10k+ 📖 Chapter 1 of 2 🌶️ Explicit #jayvikrbb2026

An image of Mage Viktor, hovering over Jayce's statue as Jayce looks.

Over the piece are two boxes of text

1st - Who are you?"

"It's me, Jayce. We're partners."

"No you're not," Viktor laughs, wet, insincere. He moves with the action, but not enough to slip loose from Jayce's hold, "I killed my partner. Watched him petrify. He had stood sentry at the base of my feet, forced to heel like a dog. I did that to him."

2nd - "No, that wasn't you," Jayce says, his thumb smoothing a tear as it tries to descend Viktor's face, "You stopped yourself, before that could happen. You saved me, from the arcane. It was my mistake that led us there, my pride and ambition. I killed you, Viktor. Not the other way around, never."

Working with @renofdragons.bsky.social on the JVRBB I've made a TON of #Jayvik sketches from their fic, postcanon or little ideas we came up with :) here are some! I will post more probably! for context for this particular ones, go read 'The Scars we Collect' archiveofourown.org/works/907213...

A compilation of sketches in brownish tones of scenes from the fanfic 'The Scars we Collect'. They are as follows:

Top Left: Jayce and Viktor kiss intensely while laying on a shallow stream. Viktor lays on top of jayce, a tension on his back as he holds Jayce's hair and his hair cascades over him. Jayce, under him, has an intense expression, kissing back and holding him by the waist. Dropplets run over both of them, some of them, though unclear, could be tears.

Bottom Left: A naked Jayce reclines back on his elbows on a shallow part of a stream. he looks to his right with a serene and tired expression. the scars from top surgery and his injured leg are vissible with hexcorization paterns.

Right: Viktor looks over his left shoulder to the viewer (Jayce) with a worried, urgent expression. He shields his chest, not vissible to us, and hugs himself. He speaks: 'I swear I am okay, even if it may appear otherwise.

My work for the #jayvikrbb2026 with @luckticket.bsky.social. Behold our sad little bugs! Thanks to the team at @jayvikbigbang.bsky.social for organizing this event.

Viktor and Jayce sitting together on a old brown couch as glowing insects fly past them. Viktor is slouched over wringing his hands, the right side of his face has heavy white scarring. Jayce sits slightly back with his pinky finger reaching towards Viktor and the place where his bracelet was is now covered in purplish scarring.

What would it really take to recover from canon? Is that even possible for Viktor and Jayce? Artist @badseeds.bsky.social and writer @luckticket.bsky.social ask the question and answer it: does it truly matter, so long as one tries?

Jayce and Viktor try to recover and reflect after the events of Arcane. Can they find their way back to each other? Writer @luckticket.bsky.social and artist @badseeds.bsky.social tell an introspective tale of love, loss, and anticipatory grief.

"Returning inside means resuming his charade, playing at normalcy. This tenuous life he'd cut from thaumaturgy and bedrock.

It reminds him of the summer of his fathers passing.

How his mother had been so uncharacteristically quiet; or, perhaps, she had talked more, and it only served to highlight the nothingness she was failing to break through. Two people, oscillating around each other and an ill-defined lump of grief, lingering in the empty spaces.

Jayce re-familiarises himself with absence. He recognises it now in the cavity Viktor's laugh left.

He looks up at a deceptively clear sky and knows, with the innateness an animal might, that it'll storm that night regardless.

When ER Nurse Jayce finds his next patient is his ex-husband, old feelings he thought were locked away rear their ugly heads. Check out this fic from writer @goodmorningchat.bsky.social , beta @luckticket.bsky.social and artist @querulousArtisan.bsky.social!

"Right on schedule, the paramedics burst through the ambulance bay doors. One paramedic was at the patient's head, using a bag valve mask to help them breathe. The other, Loris, Jayce distantly recalled, was wheeling the gurney through the ER at a brisk pace.

Two doctors and another nurse had joined Jayce and Silco in the resus bay. They all stood in position ready to transfer the patient onto the bed.

As the gurney was pulled up beside the bed, the other nurse quickly drew the privacy curtains.

""Alright,"" the first paramedic panted. ""Let's get him transferred and hooked up to everything, then we can do the handover.""

Jayce grabbed one of the hospital's bag valve masks and joined the paramedic at the patient's head. ""I'm taking over the airway,"" he declared to the room.

The paramedic withdrew their mask and Jayce was quick to replace it, ensuring a tight fit over the patient's face. For a split second he could see two moles dotting their ghostly pale face in familiar posi

THEY LOVE EACH OTHER A NORMAL AMOUNT!!! #jayvik

Comic sequence: Jayce and Viktor lay next to each other catching their breath after a steamy session. Jayce looks at Viktor lovingly and tells him he loves him so much. Viktor suddenly grabs Jayce's face and stares in his eyes.

Comic sequence: Viktor starts kissing Jayce all over his face while Jayce giggles and asks him what is going on. Viktor stops to look back in Jayce's eyes when he says "You know I love you too, right?".
Jayce: Eheh! Of course...
Viktor: And that you are my best friend.
Jayce is smitten and hugs him tight: Yeah. Of course.

illusion in delirium 🦋 archiveofourown.org/works/81152661 🦋 explicit/5k 🦋 #SubTopVikWeek #jayvik au where jayce dies in the council explosion instead of viktor. his reaction to getting revived is a little bit different

illusion in delirium

Summary:

The source of the light stands before him, resplendent and whole, his brows creased prettily in worry. Jayce looks like moonlight incarnate, his body made up of twisting mother-of-pearl tendons from which an eerie bioluminescence emanates. It crawls across his cheekbones like a lover’s caress, the edges where nacre meets skin blurry and indistinct.

A hundred fairytales from Viktor’s childhood flit through his head. The tear of a unicorn. The call of a siren. Jayce looks like every delicate, temptuous thing for which men dash themselves across the rocks in an effort to possess.

He is also, Viktor distantly notes, completely naked.
