French President Emmanuel Macron and Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez have welcomed Andy Burnham’s plan to unpick Brexit.
Speaking at a joint press conference, Macron said Britain returning to the EU would be “excellent news” while Sánchez said the U.K. would be welcomed “with open arms.”
