Maybe that’s not good if you also have quad pain? I’ve found that if muscles are overworked on one side (the front) you need to strengthen the other side (the back)

I don’t know if your insurance has a Hinge Health deal, but that’s actually been helpful. When I had knee pain, there’s a squat where you but the backs of your knees against a bench and then squat backward over it like you going to sit, but don’t. I wish I remember what it’s called.

Really interesting call out, I feel the same way about this area. This long stretch really kills the momentum in a game where it's already difficult to keep every character and their motivations in mind, without also stretching out the time between plot revelations, straining the memory.

MassSave gave us a zero percent 2 year loan to convert from oil heat to gas heat. It's awesome. I feel like there was a campaign in r/massachusetts to end MassSave, saying renters are being taxed for benefits to homeowners? Always thought that was astroturfed.

I got a decent external hard drive like 15 years ago. I held off getting another one until there was a good deal. There will never be a good deal now. Now when I need to store more data for work and personal needs I’m funneled toward yet another subscription. A lot of anxiety in just treading water.
