Trying to pull myself out of yet another drawing rut before it gets too bad. Kinda feeling the itch for analog drawing so we're gonna see if getting some new art supplies will do the trick. (It works sometimes, you never know.) Bought a box of Blackwing mattes and I gotta say, it's a nice pencil.

But the more I watch the newer crop of shows, the clearer it becomes that they keep mistaking volatility for romance, manufacturing blowups with only marginally amusing payoffs.
