As important as it is to have a writing community, I think above all else all writers should have a hobby that is inherently collaborative. Something you can't do without other people, that has you meeting new people all the time, like a sport or a band. So you leave the echo chamber of your mind.

Tbf the gameplay loop of persona is bigger than just the combat so people remember the story and deprioritize combat as much as possible. A roguelike like STS is little more than its gameplay loop so if that wasn't perfect it would suck. If people played persona for the combat they'd play SMT too

even if LLM actually made gamedev more efficient, which I see no reason to believe it has or will, that won't reduce crunch, because the business people will just push harder until you're crunching again. When a tool increases worker productivity, that doesn't translate into better work hours.
