A couple of years ago Toronto had a major storm (much this year’s storm, lol) that knocked out power for ages. Following that, the condo next to our unit of rental apartments got a generator. We got the square root of fuck all. Perfect example of how climate change deepens the have/have not rift!

So this is horrifying but also in my travels I've noticed American Lyft drivers are not shy about sharing what they're listening to. Lyft drivers in Toronto play soft music at most, and I've rarely experienced a deviation from that. Other Canadians, sound off! I'm curious on a cultural level.
