And yes, the vet confirmed it is a behavioral issue, unrelated to his overall physical health. Of all the cats we've had, he's the only one who is like this. He's just angry 24/7 because we won't let him be an outside cat, despite the fact that he's never been an outside cat.

Alright, Petra and Freya both shed their final flower buds a few weeks ago and are now growing new leaves VERY quickly. Georgia’s still in recovery mode, down to two leaves, and lost her flowers a few days ago. So here’s hoping she follows suit.
