I've been having a lot of bad luck with some people as of late. Got completely ghosted by one person I spent good money on for a commission half a year ago, a few other people I been RPing with also ghosted me... makes me thankful for the friends I do have left.

Dang, I wish more people were on Fluxer, or Stoat, or anything. Some days it feels like I am the only person who remembers the days where it was completely normal to have friends across different services... and you just sort of used them all and met your friends where they were most comfortable.

Several weeks ago, Phil Tippett's legendary animation studio in Berkeley, CA closed. An anonymous hero noticed a folder of CDs. This turned out to be hundreds of unseen hi-res images and videos from Star Wars, Robocop, Jurassic Park, etc. ~90 isos for you to browse: archive.org/details/tipp...

I think I figured out the biggest reason why I don't do public sessions on Resonite. The moment the average user finds out that I am not a I.T. security person or programmer, but instead am just a blue collar factory worker, they just call me not a real furry and discount anything I say.

I never understand the obsession either. If I don't like someone online, I just simply stop following them and ignore them, or at least just roll my eyes if they are mentioned then just keep on scrolling.

Sin that must be eternally punished is a culturally Christian idea that you can and should reject. If someone admits wrongdoing and changes their behavior, that's the desired outcome. You don't continue to punish because you then signal there's no point to contrition at all, you're damned either way
