Programming a mode that does this based on algorithmic behavior is Artificial Intelligence. The same way computer players are also AI. The patent doesn't specify it will always and exclusively use machine learning, that's only one application of the technology

Okay, took a look on my computer. Large files like this are hard to compress down to 1,000,000 bytes (which bluesky uses). The issue isn't the image size, it's more so the image variety. If you could break it into multiple images, it would compress better.

Ehh... its still got issues. I'll take a look on my PC and try to optimize it further

I think Rust is a useful language to learn, but I don't think it will replace my use of C when I want something to run fast, nor my use of Java when I want to make something quickly. ∎

It's kind of fun to learn I guess? I wrote a single line function that returns the factorial of a number without using recursion or a for loop structure. That was a fun puzzle but I don't know what advantage that has over those. Maybe I'll check out the assembly code later to see the difference. /3

But man, the learning curve is steep and it requires more time to develop in. It's really well suited for systems programming, and intensive projects that need to work consistently, quickly, and securely. But simple Rust programs are so much more complex than Java and C (my beloved babies). /2

So I've been trying out Rust language. I've gotta say it is wayyy overhyped. Don't get me wrong. It's a really nice language for things that need to be really performant or safe.

It's also worth noting that this isn't like supposed to he livable. This is for like a tourist site or something. And yeah its gonna need a lot of repairs. You can't just slap a ladder on the scaffolds like the current residents of Blighttown do.

I asked my mom and she said for a triple net commercial lease (so they could repair and remodel and put a business there) covering 5 square miles of blighttown, it would be like $2860 a month in like Eagle Idaho. For 5 square miles that's really really good. Business insurance is gonna suck tho.
