🦡 Who else is ready? Brocktober is almost here! 🍂🧡 October belongs to the badgers. And if you love this little badger as much as we do, you might want to keep your eyes peeled… we’ve been plotting something special with @forgottenpathfolklore, the artist behind the illustration. 👀🎨

FA regardless of your personal feelings, is the core of the fandom and losing it would mean YEARS AND YEARS of art, messages, pages, and memorials for people that have passed, would be gone. We CANNOT allow ourselves to rely simply on sites like bsky, twitter, insta, etc. etc. to be our defaults.

My Etsy shop is reopened! I am completely out of silver foxes and FNAF Foxy (hmm what's the common thread here) but will have restocks and new designs for MFF! www.etsy.com/shop/Tacksidea

Tapping the sign because primaries are winding down and the general election is coming up. It sucks feeling like it means nothing but you can either try and maybe fail, or do nothing and suffer regardless, maybe worse.

The Disney renaissance movies used to look different. They were planned to be printed on 35 mm film -- that's how they were first released. Modern editions skip that last step in the process. It was a highly developed, overlooked craft, as we explore: animationobsessive.substack.com/p/disneys-fi...

Scenes such as this where the light is reflecting on the water are accomplished through a process called "backlighting", "underlighting" or "bipack glow". To create the effect a matte is cut and light is shone through the holes.

I had this idea from reading the elizabeth holmes mouse post and then I couldn't do anything else until i painted the idea to completion

It is a cartoon mouse, like Jerry from Tom and Jerry, shaped like a wedge of cheese presumably because it has eaten a wedge of cheese. The mouse has Elizabeth Holmes' face. The mouse is saying "Why would I deceive you? There's no reason for me to do that."

Nathan Fielder, looking into a fridge where the mouse has eaten a cheese, says skeptically "Okay. Alright."

LRT I’ve been writing my first real fanfic over the last couple months and it’s SO fun to flex my writing chops; it’s so low-pressure and self-indulgent in both a storytelling way and ALSO being a complete stickler about SPAG way
