This is the most important issue facing Europe right now! If chat control is enacted it will give access to your private messages that even the Stasi would have been proud of. This measure is dressed up to protect the children, but any authoritarian or fascist regime could use it to quash dissent.

Well if russian drones or russian aircraft enter NATO airspace after this threat of war from russia. They must be shot down on sight as they are quite clearly belligerent. Then all russian ships must be blocked from crossing the danish straits. By European Navies and Air forces.

Thread. I’d add that RU aircraft were engaged at the time in combat operations and regularly straying into Turkish airspace while striking Turkish allies in Syria. Suspect Turkey had also signaled RU to stop it or else, probably repeatedly.

This is annoying, it would be better to break up Microsoft into two different legal entities, a US one and an EU one, thereby the US would have no legal jurisdiction over the data of any business or personal accounts within the EU.

I really hope this is not true. I have to say this whole debacle is unnerving, the US administration was humiliated by a long time rival and I'm not completely sure they understand it. There is no 4D chess going on, it is really quite sad. Putin's Double just bought Russia more time on sanctions.
