Found a common walkingstick at the gas station this morning and relocated it to a nearby hedgerow. These don’t have wings so it was stuck and clearly hungry since it immediately started chowing down on a leaf.

I’ve been struggling with intense lower back/upper glute pain all summer and went to a yoga class last night. First time since February. Within FIFTEEN MINUTES, my pain evaporated. I didn’t know it would be that easy to get rid of!!! I still feel fine today!!

I’ve made a handful of very long drives (Pittsburgh, Boston) but going to and from Toronto was easily the best. Driving the length of Pennsylvania north-south was sooo gorgeous. Rural New York is lovely. The Queen Elizabeth Way around Lake Ontario sucked butt, however.
