Don’t you wish that this statement by the Green leadership and MPs removed all room for doubt by specifically condemning antisemitism? Don’t you wonder why they haven’t done so?

Hmm. Mention of “the rights of the Jewish people” and opposition to “racism in all its forms.” But the word “antisemitism” doesn’t seem to be here; no explicit condemnation of antisemitism. Why?

A man builds an IED. He sets it off in a busy public street. Shrapnel flies about hitting cars, homes and a child's bedroom. It's a miracle nobody is injured. And Reform MP Sarah Pochin calls his imprisonment "disproportionate" and "two tier justice."
It does raise this point of two-tiered
justice..

Reform's Sarah Pochin believes the
sentence handed to the 64-year-old who
blew up a ULEZ camera was
disproportionate'.

Everybody who understands the triple lock knows it’s crazy. The problem is getting people who lap up every word in the right wing press to understand it, or even to want to understand it. I suspect a Venn diagram of “Stop the Boats” and “Keep the Triple Lock” would have a very large overlap.

Not sure about the sentencing guidelines for refusing to disclose PIN for mobile phone. Rather hoping it’s a prison sentence that only ends when the PIN is disclosed and the phone has been successfully interrogated.

Outstandingly dishonest even by Nigel Farage's standards. Farage knows that the men arrested at Fairford would not have been released if they were still suspected to be terrorists. He's stirring up fear, hatred & resentment against both immigrants & the police. Pure malice.

John Healey will, according to reports, head into the Budget with a £4bn to £6.5bn chunk of his fiscal headroom having mysteriously gone walkabouts. The cause? A sharp drop in immigration to the UK. Almost as though migrants aren’t all just wandering around devouring taxes for shits and giggles.

Net Migration if Falling - now the Treasury needs to Pay the Bill for it.
After years of promising that fewer migrants would relieve pressure on Britain, Labour is discovering that cutting migration also means cutting workers, taxpayers and economic headroom.

Danny Tommo. To be convicted of criminal damage - the owner of the boat must be identified. If not, then Tommo might own the boat and is just damaging his own property. None of the above matters. He was arrested for being anti illegal migration. The government and establishment are terrified of the English people. We are beginning to roar. What comes next will change the country forever - good or bad.

You know that saying about how the way they treat asylum seekers is the way they’d treat everyone else if they thought they could get away with it? Well,
The Tories said the reduced subsistence allowance would be loaded onto pre-paid card that would not allow cash withdrawals, and would "prevent spending" on alcohol, cigarettes, or gambling.
The party is yet to detail how its proposal would work, but shadow welfare secretary Helen Whately said it would be "a version" of the pre-paid Aspen card issued to asylum seekers living in government-funded accommodation.
These cards cannot be used to make contactless, telephone or internet payments, whilst asylum seekers whose applications have failed cannot withdraw cash.

Fair enough, but there’s already a long list of crimes that appear to have been committed under existing law. If there’s a gap or a loophole it needs to be filled. And of course there’s an issue when a Police and Crime Commissioner makes excuses for masked thugs.

There are certainly things she (and other senior government figures) should be saying; it’s the “taking action” bit that concerns me. Separation of powers, rule of law, all that stuff.

I agree with the sentiment, but what do you suggest the Home Sec does by way of “taking action”? Isn’t it a matter for the police (who it seems have now acted)? Not sure I like the idea of a Home Sec “taking action” against an opponent, however loathsome the opponent might be.
