#parkrun number 73 in the bag at a blowy and blustery Figgate Park. Saw a rainbow before the start which really lifted the spirits. Unfortunately it did nothing for my energy levels after being woken at half 5 by my feline roommate. She's now making up for it. 🤨 Happy #caturday everyone.

I've decided on Humans for Blood Bowl's Eurobowl in Poland, so I figure it's only right to use the red & white Marauders. I've got a month or so to finish them, so that'll be fine, right? 😬 #bloodbowl

So that didn't go to plan... Narrow loss to Zug Brets, win vs Necro, but then a 4-2 loss to Woodies. Woodies didnt fail much - but crucially nothing important. To crown it all, rolled a 10 on a short kick off & I snaked to blitz the catcher. A good lesson in how High elves can fall apart.

After the Bilbali update I'm ranked #5 globally for Humans under 2025 rules (#25 if you include 2020 as well). I'm happy enough with that. Not sure whether Humans will be viable in Warsaw - perhaps as an anti-elf option?

Off to another new (for me) Blood Bowl tournament today - GlasBowl. This was a last minute sign-up due to a registered player dropping out and my calendar freeing up. Went with Orcs because I have a team painted and, funnily enough, I've never played them at a NAF 11s event before. #bloodbowl

Played some FUMBBL online this evening as a roster test for EuroBowl. Went with High Elves and played into Shambles. Took a Dodge/Strip Lion who performed very well. Ended 1-1 after a T16 desperate play from the Deadites. #bloodbowl

I don't feel any enmity to the #USMNT themselves but after this smug, classless, spiteful display I now want them not only to be beaten, but humiliated like the Brazilians in 2014. Not because I dislike the team - who all seem pretty decent on the whole - but because of what they represent.
