I’ve been trying to articulate for days now two beliefs about problematic artists. 1. It is counterproductive to react to news an artist you like is problematic by immediately acting like their art has always been bad. 2. Some art only works if you believe the creator is an OK person.

I got a new toy. Cats like it. Got it to relax with on hot days when my bedroom's the only place in the apartment with an air conditioner.

Storms on workdays are fun. Weather in the Puget Sound tends to move west to east, and I'm one of the furthest west WFH employees in the area, so when the storm blows in I get to go, "Oo storm" in the work chat and then watch everyone else chime one by one in over the next 2 hours as it reaches them
