#31daysofgraves today's theme - hidden or lettering? I've done lettering so here's hidden. Obscured by moss and lichen in #Lamlash #IsleofArran the grave of my 5&6 x great grandparents. What a find, with grateful thanks to the #ArranHeritageMuseum
A gravestone in Lamlash Cemetery. The inscriptions are completely hidden by moss and lichen

#31daysofgraves I'm a bit confused - is the theme #lettering or #hidden? Think I'll do both. This is my #greatgrandfather's #grave in #DeanCemetery #Edinburgh. Clear but sparse lettering - doesn't give much away.

Not posted a #tintabernacle for a while but here is the very recently closed #ChurchofScotland kirk at #Pirnmill #IsleofArran. A gem and its #freestanding bell is the icing on the cake. Still open so that I could see the charming wooden pews. @scotchurchestrust.bsky.social

‘Four white presenters feels retro’ – is the BBC Today programme doomed?
With bosses at the BBC prioritising social media platforms over radio, things feel apocalyptic at the broadcaster’s flagship news show – especially given the lack of diversity. Is this it?

I have a 'thing' about tin tabernacles. I'm doing a personal photographic project with them as the subject. I've 'collected' quite a few ... Here's a nice one in #Kinbrace, #Sutherland
