I recommend people read this to get a sense of the president's grave cognitive impairment. Utterly disappointed in @harvard.edu Harvard Med School's decision to shame #bikecommuters rather than actually keep us safe at Longwood. Because ya know, my 20 lb bike going 15 mph is so much more dangerous than the 3k+ lb chunk of metal being operated by someone staring at their phone.

This is a VERY significant decision, given the impact of the rule change, which was set to upend the student visa process which has been in place for the last half-century. Colleges and universities said the rule would impose millions in costs and cause a big drop in enrollment.
