The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is also building a pedestrian bridge connecting the closest T stop about 3/4 mile away. It would be really cool for them to stop playing so far from the city.

I think it will get too complicated to try to figure out what each team is owned, so just leave the past where it is, and hammer them so hard that no other team will think about doing the same thing in the future. If possible, ban then from all non-league cups for a decade or two also.

If negative points can carry over when a team gets relegated then just dock ManCity 350 points and let them slowly drop, and then have to climb back up. If they can't then for the next 20 times they are in the PL they start with -50 points. They'd get relegated, come back, get relegated, etc.
