This week I got a lengthy email asking me to confirm something and I replied “I confirm”. Felt so good.

So… I have verified that I’m an adult. Only to get the dms back (so my significant other could send me cat pics). Is there a setting to switch off mature content again? It was a nice couple of days of not seeing… things I don’t want to see?

I love watching women’s football so much, but this euro aged me like ten years already. How do I recover from today’s England vs Italy in time to watch Germany vs Spain tomorrow.

Second the menopause sentiment. Perimenopause can last up to a decade and its horrendous (I’m melting form inside splayed on a sofa unable to get myself some ice cause my knees gave up).

Thanks! When it comes to faber-castell, watercolor markers are my favorites, but polychromos are good too, I agree.

And… done! Faber-Castel Polychromos. This set of pencils that started my obsession years ago, it has been waiting for recognition way too long. Good pencils, would recommend. #colornerd #colorwheel #fabercastel #polychromos #colorpencilsrtist #colorpencilart

And back to business. Have three color wheels to finish, one to draft, a small one to make from scratch. And a humongous box of paints (100 colors!) to tackle not sure yet on what scale even. #colortheory #colorwheel #womenwhodrawwithpencils #femalesrtist

A light table with clean square sheet of paper attached, with schematics of color wheel in orange neon markers and ink shining through. A long wooden pencil holder with six wells holding a large set of freshly sharpened color pencils standing behind it.

Been offline for a week, enjoying Hamburg. Friends, sunshine, sketching 💚

Middle aged white woman in a colorful summer dress and sunglasses. She’s sitting on the pavement in the gardens near blossoming bright yellow bush. She turns to face the camera, smiles and shows her large colorful sketchbook with flower drawings.

The intensity of heatwaves in London was one of the reasons we’ve moved to Scotland, I just couldn’t take it anymore. Quite radical decision, I know. It’ll catch up with us in a few years I bet.

I guess it doesn’t look that bad? I’m somewhat a fan. Audiobook is my comfort book, I listen to it back to back… to back sometimes. And I was a bit worried when cast was released, I don’t particularly enjoy Gosling as an actor. I’m gonna be openminded and happy about it. youtu.be/m08TxIsFTRI?...

I’m so sorry for what you’re going through! Shout out to your husband for being so supportive. I’m familiar with the brother behavior (reading your story triggered me, I’ve been through same). Don’t give in an inch, and suggest he should contribute financially (hire aid) if he thinks he’s the boss.

I believe you! But my belief that nothing is as loud and shocking as a fox that’s about to mate in the back garden right underneath your bedroom window is stronger 😆

I kinda envy North America for having raccoons! They seem like the best city animals. We just have sassy foxes that scream murder all night and shit all over here in Uk.

Lowballed an offer on a tiny fullgut 30 min from Glasgow, naturally did not get it. Wouldn’t want to pay a penny more for the area and the state it was in (roof replacement alone, ouch). And still got upset it got away. Property fomo is so real. On to the next. And next. And next.

Loved this movie! Cried a little to be honest. I also enjoy watching Cage in his late career in all sorts of different movies, he’s such a great actor. I was a fan before watching silly action movies too, but his range now is just amazing.
