It has been eight days since Wilber Rafael Garcés Pérez was shot by ICE while making a DoorDash delivery in Austin, Texas. He is currently facing a severe medical emergency. The bullet remains lodged in his back, and he is being held at the South Texas ICE Processing Center in Pearsall.
