Somebody should have warned me how many crotch shots you'll take from your children. Last week, my 2-year old ran up to me, said "Hi Daddy!" and slapped me dead center. Just a few minutes ago, my 5-year old wanted to hug me while I was sitting on the couch and dropped an elbow trying to climb up.

You coat the raw chicken in the Greek yogurt, add a seasoning (I like Tony Chachere's), then bake the chicken instead of boiling it, and this turns into a pretty solid meal.
