So a detatched home you own is like free will? But if you have a mortgage you don't really own it. So only 64.5% of Canadian "homeowners" outright own, the rest reportedly have a mortgage. And that's 64.5% of 66.5% Canadians who are homeowners". So less than 50% of Canadians have housing free will.

This is a bit like saying you don't actually have housing if you have a landlord.

Really appreciate Jen and @thetyee.ca asking me to weigh in about the person arrested in connection to the Tumbler Ridge tragedy, and how the ensuing media narrative is both a symptom of the larger anti-trans hate movement and will directly contribute to its continued amplification.

Finishing conversion of 2nd-hand, work pants into baggy autumn cargo shorts. Last step is adding my custom loss-prevention thingie (LPT) for my wonderful CRKT Razel GT (with it's weak pocket clip). This 2nd LPT simply copies the 1st, which has been optimal. #Vancouver #homeless
Corner of pocket showing knife's pocket clip attatched to pocket through a hole punched in a strip of black nylon webbing , which is half attached to front of pocket and half sticking up like a flap.Same thing seen from the back, or inside of the pocket, which shows that the body of the knife is aditionally secured by a loop of black webbing sewn on to inside of pocket.Same view as previous image with "flap" of black webbing folded down over top of knife and secured in place by contact of it's half of Velcro (hooks) with another half of Velcro (loops) on the loop of webbing.

You mustn't follow B.C. media either, or you'd know coverage focussed on Eby dissing B.C. boy Pattison. Loblaws was better choice: public-traded (unliike Pattison Group) so huge profit growth is visible & it was subject of price-fixing lawsuit that saw millions of Canadians get damages payout.

More than one rake think. Eby's grocery price cap announcement was self-sabotaged by being made in front of a Save-on-Foods. NDP's comns team should've seen the off-message blow-back that would produce and instead posed the announcement in front of a Loblaws - which all British Columbians mistrust.

Eby's NDP was probably a shoo-in against a Findlay-led B.C. Conservative party but when Findlay resigned she may have done to Eby what Justin Trudeau's resignation did to Pierre Poilievre.

Tucker Carlson is latest U.S. far right conservative to adopt the pet theory that Germany was forced into war by UK. Pat Buchanan's laboured 2008 tome, called "Churchill, Hitler, and the Unnecessary War" - which tries to blame WWII on Churchill - is probably bedside reading for both Carlson & Putin.
