Friends! We haven’t shared a #ThrowbackThursday video for AGES, and with all the New Sofa Shenanigans going on, it seems a good time to remember that, from Day One, Baby Dog taught the Triplets everything they know about Sofa Shenanigans. This is from their first week with us 🤎🧡🤎

This is an older box of mine but I still like it! I am pleased how the gold wash shimmers over the green background reflecting the gold of the Paisley brooch. Available at my Etsy shop, “Sign of the Elephant” signoftheelephant.etsy.com/listing/1195... #handcrafted #trinketbox #recycledjewellery

A small green box sits with the lid leaning against it, showing the velvet lined interior. The lid is decorated with a gold Paisley shaped brooch with red stones, on 3 green leaves against a red and gold painted disc

As promised, here’s another of my boxes! This one is called “The Tree of Life” due to the central medallion being a tree motif with a tiny heart (donated by my SIL). Available from my Etsy shop signoftheelephant.etsy.com/listing/4351... #handcrafted #keepsakebox #trinketbox

A small box has its lid leaning against it showing off the decoration of a white disc with mossy dark green paint, a central metal frame supporting a round tree of life panel.

So this year I’m going to be brave & showcase the trinket boxes I decorate. First up is this dramatic black, silver & pink box, perfect for storing recent gifts! Sales through my Etsy shop Sign of the Elephant signoftheelephant.etsy.com/listing/4373...

The lid of a box is angled upright leaning against the box base which is on its side so you can see the bright pink lining. The box lid is decorated with a central silver metal flower surrounded by diamonte stones in a square, a silver filigree frame is around the top side edge and on the sides is a band of diamonte stones and bright pink ribbon matching the interior. The box is painted glossy black all over

This always causes Great Excitement and Mum has a Terrible Time trying to lay the table. I tried not to join in the sabotage, but I couldn’t help it!

Going against the grain here, but I like the lighter blue - to me it picks up the same lighter blue in the flowers & makes the red sing a bit more - altogether a bit more joyful!

Friends! Mum put up the Christmas Tree with ‘help’ from everyone. Part of Mum’s ‘Operation Christmas Tree’ is to have a day with it up but with no decorations, so that the Triplets can perhaps get the Exploration and Climbing out of their systems. It might work… 🎄#Caturday
