Shrimp and Lobster Pasta Cooked the pasta in the seafood stock, then built the sauce from that leftover liquid. Seafood sauteed in calabrian chili butter and olive oil. 🍽️🍜

As much as will stick to the meat for something this size. Just have to be a little careful on salt content in whatever seasoning you use before searing as it will be plenty salty. I like salty steaks though. I used montreal steak for nostalgia and it ended up a tad salty but wasn't too much

Having a weekend over here. Dry brined this 1.75 lb bone-in strip for 24 hours, tucked into the sous vide for 3 hours at 130°, seared over charcoal and pecan, roasted jalapeno cilantro chimi on the side. Not sure I can make one better. 🤌🏻 All credit to my lovely girlfriend for the action shot. 🍽️🍜
